Pastry Chef Olivier Rodriguez grew to love the culinary arts by helping his parents run their restaurant from a very young age. He graduated from culinary and pastry school in his hometown of Annecy, France in 1998. Throughout his career, Rodriguez has worked in pastry shops, hotels, and restaurants in France, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Orlando, and Miami. He finally decided to launch his own chocolate and confections business with his partner in 2019, where they showcase their signature sweets and flair for creativity.
